Not all hearts have the perfect shape. But they can still be perfect. Every year 1.3 billion babies are born with congenital heart disease, making it the most common birth defect in the world. Despite this, awareness around the issue is low. Hjärtebarnsfonden (The Swedish Heartchild Foundation) is a small charitable organization helping affected children and their families as well as funds research in the area.

For Christmas 2021 we had children with congenital heart disease draw and design gingerbread molds to raise awareness and create engagement in the community.

We sold the molds with 100% of the proceeds to the foundation.
